WebSTP is a web-based workflow and imaging application accessed via BNYM Intranet.  Trade and Currency exchange instructions are faxed into this application, and this application automatically routes the instruction to the appropriate team for processing.  Users may then view the document online, and, for many transactions, process the activity directly into a mainframe.

 

The NewWebSTP application development is an initiative aimed at enabling the Asset Servicing, Cash and Trade Capture operations to flow through a single unified NewWebSTP application. Currently BNYM has two major applications Lane (hBNY) and WebSTP (hMellon).The goal of the program is to consolidate the two systems as a way to eliminate redundancies and leverage the advanced functionalities of WebSTP on a technologically advanced Lombardi Teamwork’s BPM platform.
